Addingham Ceilidh Club

The Addingham Ceilidh Club usually meets on the third Sunday of each month, usually at the Addingham Memorial Hall, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, but sometimes at the Methodist Hall in Chapel Street if the Memorial Hall is unavailable.

Ceilidh Club Evening

2nd UPDATE The ceilidh club will still happen this Sunday! The committee discussed it thoroughly & decided to go ahead with just a couple of changes.
These are that we are postponing the strawberry tea until September & therefore the timing of the night will revert to the normal 7 - 9pm The band & Jennie will be there & even if only a smaller number than usual turn up we will have a good night!
Please remember there is no meeting in August,

Entrance for the regular monthly dances is £5 per person.

The monthly dances feature:

Live music from "Beneath The Clock" band.
Two callers (and sometimes more) take turns to call dances throughout the evening
Dances from Yorkshire, England, Scotland, Ireland, Europe and beyond
Everyone is welcome and you don’t need to bring a partner, there’s always someone to dance with!
Occasionally we have a "Family Ceilidh", with earlier times, children welcome and admitted free of charge.

Our New Year Ceilidh in January each year features a guest band and caller.

There is no bar but you are welcome to bring your own drinks. Water and glasses will be provided.

In case you didn't know, Addingham is a village in Wharfedale, between Ilkley and Skipton on the south edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
